Refunds/Exchange Policies
Your happiness and your disappointments are important to me, so contact me and let me know what I can do for you. 

If what you purchased left you disappointed (sad), please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package to let me know what went wrong and I will see how I can make it right! Once you have contacted me about your purchase and we have agreed on a resolution, either a return for refund or a return with an exchange...

Return for Refund

  • Returned pieces need to be shipped back to me within 3 days after we discussed the return. When we talk, I will give you details on how and where to return. I do not accept COD packages.
  • Any returns for a refund, the piece(s) must be returned their unworn, not damaged, original condition state.
  • Refund amount, minus original shipping cost, will be refunded to the card on which your purchase was made. No cash refunds will be issued.
  • Shipping costs are NON Refundable.

Note: You will be responsible for all shipping cost for returned items. I highly recommend shipping insured with a tracking number, as unfortunately I will not cover cost of the returned value if the package was lost in the mail.

  • Refunds will be issued as soon as I receive the piece in my hands.
    • Once your return is received and checked, I will send you an email to let you know that I have received your returned package. If the piece(s) all look good, your refund will be processed the same day, and the credit will be applied to the credit card you used to make the purchase and you can check with your credit card company to determine when it will show up on your statement.
  • If the jewelry was a gift, the refund will still go to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Return for Exchange

  • Exchanges will be made based on terms we agreed upon.
  • Exchanges need to be shipped back to me within 3 days after we discussed the exchange. When we talk, I will give you details on how and where to return. I do not accept COD packages.
  • Any returns for exchange, the piece(s) must be returned their unworn, not damaged, original condition state to be accepted by me for an exchange.
  • Exchanged items: Depending on the reason for exchange, may incur additional shipping cost to ship the item back to you.
  • If an exchanged item was a gift, the refund will still go to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Custom or Personalized Orders

This return and/or exchange policy DOES NOT apply to custom or personalized orders. I can not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized orders.

  • Custom designed jewelry, including any pieces in the Life Wish Collection that have personal to you letter stamping, are not returnable, no refunds will be given, as I will have already put the time and materials out to complete your order and if it's a custom piece, I can not sell it to another person.  Now you know why I spend time upfront making sure we are on the same page with your order to begin with!
  • Rings and bracelets are a quandary to me.  At a show, I check your ring and/or wrist size, but here I have to depend on you to measure correctly!  Always producing a bit of anxiety in me, because I want everything to fit well so that it feel good on you.  So, contact me if your ring or bracelet doesn't fit well and we can talk about options.  Because most of my rings and bracelets are custom made to order, they fall into the custom category, but depending on the ring or bracelet, I can replace it, resize it or potentially remake it.  Bottomline...call me!
