Shipping policy

I can ship to any place that has a valid mailing address!

  • For the most part, I ship USPS Priority Mail in a small flat rate box $8.65.   

USPS stated transit times:

US Orders:
USPS First Class Shipping: 3 -5 Business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 Business days
USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 Business days

  • If you want anything shipped UPS or FED Ex, contact me for exact shipping price.
  • Most of my work is made after an order has been placed, please allow 3-7 days for creation. Some items are in stock and go out the same day.  If you have a deadline let me know and I'll let you know if I can meet it!

International Orders:

Although I don't ship out of the U.S. regularly, know that there will be customs charges/VAT charges that are your responsibility to understand any additional costs, and to pay the tax (this is on top of my price for the item and my shipping charges). I am not liable for nor will I pay any custom taxes/fees due.

USPS First Class International: 10-14 Business days

  • Transit times will vary depending on your location.
  • I’ve heard that packages may be delayed by customs, which I have no control over, therefore will not accept liability for customs not releasing your item. 

Refunds will not be given for items not received after they have left the U.S.

Sadly, once it’s left the US, I am not able to track your package.

Misplace or lost items:

Please note that once I ship the package off, the USPS has control of it. It is their responsibility to deliver it to you and also to help you track it if it’s misplaced or lost.

I don’t typically have issues with USPS deliveries and I’d like to keep it that way !

  • Please, please double check your mailing address when you are completing your order at checkout to ensure that it gets to you directly!
  • I have learned that once the order has shipped it’s near impossible to track it down mid-shipment and I won’t be able to do anything about it until it is back in my hands. 
  • I'm an independent artisan shop, so please understand that it will be your responsibility to pay any additional shop charges if it goes to the wrong place!
  • Argh! No fun.

~ Gift Boxes ~ no extra charge

I've had many people ask me not to provide boxes or they will return the boxes to me at a show, so as not to waste them.  I don't mind putting your gift, even if it's to yourself, in a box, but let me know if you have a preference.

Each purchase is packaged in a purple organza pouch (or a gift box & bow if requested), wrapped in tissue paper and enclosed in a USPS Priority Mail - Small Flat Rate box or USPS Parcel Post - Kraft colored bubble mailer. 

If you want any special wrapping let me know and I'll see what I can do.  It's always nice to get a special gift all wrapped up pretty with a bow!
